The Cowboy Lunch

  • 1/4 Cubed Granny Smith Apple
  • 5 basil leaves
  • dash salt
  • 1 oz Saddleback Maple Bacon Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz McGinnis Apple whisky liqueur or substitute apple juice
  • 4 oz Walters Mild Spice Caesar mix
  • 3 drops hot sauce
  • Apple slice
  • Strip of bacon


  1. In a cocktail add Granny Smith apple cubes, basil leaves and salt, muddle strongly
  2. Add Saddleback Maple Bacon Whiskey,Apple whisky liqueur, Walters Caesar mix, hot sauce, stir
  3. Strain into glass with ice rimmed with maple syrup and their house dry rub or one of your choices
  4. Garnish with an Apple slice and strip of bacon
  5. Enjoy!
