Mat Flosse – Meatings Barbecue

INGREDIENTS:

  • Saddleback Maple Bacon Whisky 22.5 ml or 3/4 oz
  • Apple Juice 15 ml or 1/2 oz
  • Ketchup 355 ml or 12 oz
  • Cider Vinegar 75 ml or 2 1/2 oz
  • Molasses 1 tablespoon
  • Brown Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon
  • Pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cumin 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garlic minced 1/4 teaspoon
  • Paprika 1/4 teaspoon
  • Mustard Powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chilli Powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Onion Powder 1/4 teaspoon

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot
  2. On low heat simmer until bubbles form on surface, stirring frequently (approximately 20 minutes).
  3. Pour into airtight container like a mason jar, let cool, seal and refrigerate. Will last in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
  4. Enjoy!
